Adorable 70's Gayle Evans short sleeve dress with necktie made of very stretchy polyester. Navy blue background with doves in white, green, yellow, dark pink and purple. Has thread style belt loops and most likely once had a matching cloth belt. I like it best with a wide belt (shown, not included). Machine wash. Made in the USA. WPL 12614. Size tag is 14 1/2.
