I waited for this lovely dress to become cost effective and it was worth the wait. Lovely ruffled neck on this 70's prom dress with a long tie at the waist and wide skirt. The liner of this fine dress is pink and the shell is purple which makes the dress appear a lovely plum. The size, care and ILGWU tags are present. Dry clean only.
