Interesting 70's vintage ladies blouse with red roses...or are they tulips...you decide. The very faded tag says Made Especially for you by Janice Lanning...I think. It has a bit of western flair and is a fabric that feels like doubleknit. The fabric absolutely screams 70's and would make a great 70's costume. I'm thinking 70's Dolly Parton. Cool buttons. 2 button flap pockets unexpectedly placed near the bottom front hem. No size tag, but measurements indicate a 12.

Measurements: bust: 40 waist: 38 sleeve: 22 overall: 27
