Not your average party dress! This lovely blue number with shimmery waffle fabric has cobalt blue beads and sequins edging it's sweatheart neckline and a white floral appliqué with blue topstitching and clear beads and sequins throughout one side of the dress. Streamers of cobalt blue extend from the appliqué and around to the back of the dress. Adorable gathered caps sleeves. Bow at the center of appliqué at one waist. Fully lined. Zips at back. Center, back slit.
