Fabulous 80's prom dress by Bill Levkoff with gigantic cream, satin puffed sleeves, red velvet bodice and skirt, and cascading satin ruffled hem which is shorter in front and dips up to end in a bow. There is no maker tag, but the RN is 82955 which translates to Bill Levkoff, who has been making formal dresses for over 60 years. The velvet is rayon and the liner and satin is acetate. Made in the USA. Size tag is a 7/8, but is more like a 4 or a 6. Please check measurements, the dress is not stretchy.
