Black Pleated Skirt with Polka Dot Ribbon Size 14

Super cute pleated skirt by Larry Levine with polka dot ribbon accent at the hips. Material is a non-stretchy 63%poly/33% rayon/4% spandex. We suspect it has not been worn because the pleats were still sewn together. We removed the thread to show. Hits mid thigh on the average woman, right above the knee for petite ladies. Size 14 and fits like a 14. Measurements: waist: 34, hips: 43, overall length: 19.
