This little vintage cocktail party dress is so pretty! The bodice is a very lovely blue velvet with flowers and puffed sleeves and is shimmery. The shirt is black velvet. The back of the dress has adorable bow closures (3) and zips. Make sure you connect the bows to the hook and eyes on the back so they don't drop. Zips to the waist. Shell is 15% nylon/15% poly/70% acetate. Lining is 100% acetate.
