About the owner: My name is Melanie Myers. I am from Texas and served our country for 13 years in the military. I currently reside in beautiful Virginia Beach, VA. I sell wearable, high quality vintage clothing. I have traded on Ebay since 1999 with 100% positive feedback as sunnyday-41 and recently begain selling vintage items on www.etsy.com. I decided to open GottaGo Vintage because I feel the time has come to do something I love. About the buyers: We have three freelance buyers, Marso, Sherry and B. We very much appreciate their work and all the great inventory they bring.

Company mission: We sell wearable vintage clothing from the 1950'a-1980's, as well as a few contemporary pieces here and there. As an online only company, we are able to keep our prices low and the quality of our items high and this is our main goal.

We believe vintage clothing is a great green effort and that vintage clothing should be more affordable than buying new clothing. Clothing should look good on the hanger and feel nice to the touch; otherwise, we leave it behind. Our mission is to provide high quality, stylish vintage and nonvintage items at reasonable prices while providing top rate customer service.

Shipping Information:

US and Canada Shipping: $7 first item, $1 each additional item

International Shipping: $10 per shipping weight pound. If we over estimate international shipping, we will issue a refund via PayPal. Please email to inquire shipping weight or to receive an exact quote on shipping.

All orders placed before 2 p.m. EST are shipped the same business day, all orders placed after 2 p.m. EST will be shipped the following business day. We use recycled or repurposed shipping supplies whenever possible. Domestic orders are usually shipped via USPS priority, unless the order is very heavy and will be shipped Parcel Post.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: **Return policy modified Feb 4, 2011

We want you to be happy with your order, but if you need to make a return, please comply with our return policy. No exceptions.

Please insure your return(if you do not insure your return and something happens to the package, GottaGoVintage will not be held responsible).

Returns must be received within 7 days of the date your item was delivered to qualify for a refund. There will no longer be ANY exceptions.

Items received from 8-14 days after the delivery date will qualify only for a merchandise credit from GottaGoVintage. Returns received after 14 days will be NOT be accepted.

International returns must be received within 15 days of the date your item was delivered to qualify for a refund. There will no longer be ANY exceptions.

International items received from 16-20 days after the delivery date will qualify only for a merchandise credit from GottaGoVintage. International returns received after 20 days will be NOT be accepted.

To qualify for refunds or credits, all returns must arrive in the same condition (no rips, smells, deodorant residue, stains, repairs, alterations, etc.) as the items were shipped and all hang tags must be intact. All items are closely inspected and condition is documented prior to shipment from GottaGoVintage. If you returned item returns to us in a damaged/altered condition or after 14 days, the item can be returned to you if proper postage is issued by you.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days and issued via PayPal.

Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.

PLEASE NOTE: Sale items are not returnable.

Our condition grading policy: While we understand vintage clothing is likely to have some character markings, we strive to maintain an inventory of 98% grade A items. Regardless of the grade, we will document each flaw in the decription of the item and provide photos when possible.

Grade A: no flaws, or very minor character marks that do not effect wear or appearance.

Grade B: 1 or 2 minor flaws.

Grade C: 3 flaws, instantly goes to the Vintage Bargain Basement

Grade D: 4 flaws, not typically sold unless the item is super fab.
