A delicious 70's vintage dress by Signor California, in beautiful, delicate, flowing white fabric with navy and turqoise paint splotch pattern and matching wide cloth belt. The neck line has cute pleated detailing. The fabric feels like a slightly stretchy poly. The bodice has 3 pulls/snags. Normally I would remove them, but the fabric is thin by design, and I don't want to risk ruining this beautful dress. Also show belted (not included).
