Gorgeous! New with tags and in deep red this lovely strapless gown by Raylia Designs has three layers. The top layer is chiffon, the second is satin and the bottom is the full liner. Full skirt and chiffon waist overlay with rhinestone circle in the middle. The back of the dress laces up with a thick ribbon. You can play with the bust and waist measurements if you are willing to reveal more skin and there is a removable panel below the waist. The hip measurement definitely governs the size of the lovely little number. Size tag is 10. 100% polyester. The price tag is $149.
